Thank you for leaving us a review. I’m sorry to read about your experience of long hours and micromanagement. The US region has done a lot of work to create better work/life harmony through our flexible working approach. In addition, we have focused on improving line management through both coaching and L&D content around topics that line managers are faced with on a regular basis. In regards to DEI, we have created a DEI Roadmap as an outcome of the work done with our DEI Consultant. This helped us assess the current state of DEI and develop goals for our future state. We now have posted on our US intranet site a DEI page that details our DEI strategy, goals, and an overview of our governance structure.
