Hello. We are a little confused by this review as we have no software developers in Detroit, or indeed anywhere in the US. I have checked our Global List just in case, and we don't have any Software Developers at all. We don't have one leader, as we are a Partnership. Thank you for your review though! Flexible work environment was great. They're pretty good on diversity.

Cons

Stressful work for sure, but I've heard it varies depending on your location. They do random layoffs.
