      Awesome projects. BH is being involved with the most complex and challenging projects in the region. Really easy to get access to senior staff and their experience! Very flat org structure.

      Cons

      Career process is not really clear. Your progression could be quite different even if you perform well.

      Flexible work environment was great. They're pretty good on diversity.

      Cons

      Stressful work for sure, but I've heard it varies depending on your location. They do random layoffs.
