      1. The company lacks vision, only focuses on projects with tight deadlines and low margin so you may expect less increments 2. No recognition of your work 3. company lacks good projects. All are "lala" projects

      Pros

      Flexible work environment was great. They're pretty good on diversity.

      Cons

      Stressful work for sure, but I've heard it varies depending on your location. They do random layoffs.
