      Good for early careers and pushes your growth and experience

      Cons

      At the teams and team leader level everyone is friendly and supportive but this is lost with the senior leaders. There is an expectation to work longer hours sometimes with the process difficult to get that time back.

      Pros

      Flexible work environment was great. They're pretty good on diversity.

      Cons

      Stressful work for sure, but I've heard it varies depending on your location. They do random layoffs.
