Pros

Good work-life balance, whilst also having promotion opportunities. Nice colleagues, plus a nice environment to work in

Cons

Lack of structured management and no clear direction/communication. Unsustainable workloads, worsened by failure to replace personnel who have left - really feels disorganised at times

Flexible work environment was great. They're pretty good on diversity.

Cons

Stressful work for sure, but I've heard it varies depending on your location. They do random layoffs.
