Pros

Incredible transformation over the past 18 months — stronger leadership, improved communication, and tighter operational execution. Leadership team genuinely cares about employees and the mission. Managers are invested in developing their people. Highly engaged, mission-oriented workforce. Massive business opportunity — exciting and unique to be part of something with real potential to take off.

Cons

Still some gaps in communication and operational consistency, though this is normal for a company at this stage of growth. Some members of leadership team are new and so as a whole they are still finding their rhythm, but each brings strong values and capabilities.

Pros

When I first joined the company, I wasn’t completely sure whether it was truly mission-driven or simply using the mission as a talking point. It didn’t take long for me to see that their commitment is real. This organization genuinely prioritizes its mission of protecting children over the bottom line, and that authenticity shows in every part of the culture. The environment here is unlike any other workplace I’ve experienced. It feels like a family—supportive, collaborative, and grounded in shared purpose. Leadership doesn’t just say they care about employees; they consistently show it. They invest not only in our well-being, but in the well-being of our families as well. It’s rare to work somewhere where your paycheck directly contributes to saving lives, and that meaning gives my work a level of fulfillment I’ve never had before. The executive leadership team is approachable, engaged, and genuinely connected with employees at every level. From day one, this hasn’t felt like “just a job.” Instead, it’s a place where I feel I’m making a real contribution—to children, to families, to the community, and to overall safety. It’s incredibly rewarding to be part of something that truly matters.

Cons

The only downside is that the organization is not yet operating in every state. Given how important and impactful this mission is, this type of work truly needs to be available nationwide.
