Pros
You get to associate with like minded individuals.
Cons
Everything is a con. Poor management that creates a toxic work environment for everyone but them, they believe in screaming down your throat to get something done instead of setting realistic deadlines for projects, they could care less about your safety and demand even on snow days you come work despite what their handbook says, there is no uniform dress code for employees: upstairs employees wear whatever they want including sandals that some of them even take off during the day but downstairs employees must wear a collared shirt and dress shoes otherwise that would get an employee a write-up. They dress up a Christmas party once a year to help appease the fact that their company has a high turnover rate, poor insurance for employees, but the management has 50k cars but pays their employees below the norm, even for a low income area. On top of all that, employees with under a certain salary range have to leave if they even come close to OT and making a person leave, thus shares a person's pay and ultimately their worth to you, which could shatter any hope they feel about the place after already dealing with the other toxic things.
