Pros
Not many, you get to work from home every other week but honestly the way they treat Application Specialists it wouldn't surprise me if they tried to take that away as well.
Cons
Horrible pay, horrible training, snarky people when you're just trying to get an answer for something. Zero upward movement, they will lie and say you can get moved up but you won't ever actually get to unless you already know someone in the company. Every program the company has available is a dumpster fire that gets more broken with every update so if you're an Application Specialist you get to be the one that gets yelled at by clients for management's poor decisions. Honest to god if you're considering this place please look for something else. This place is only for people happy with mediocrity and I know for a fact that you deserve better than this place.
