Pros

Pay is really great, and makes up for some holes in the benefits. Bonuses were also good, even if there was always a weird "hush-hush" from the management leading up to it.

Cons

Management is always stressed about when the big-wigs are coming to town. Big-wigs don't seem to care at all about working conditions or skill-sets of lower employees. Awful employees are given way too many chances
