Work-life balance absolutely does matter and I think that as the ABA therapy industry continues to evolve, we will see changes that other medical model health care entities have witnessed. The demand for ABA therapy services from qualified providers is growing tremendously and the availability of services is simply outweighed by such demand. It is hard to say 'no' to the family that is waiting and wondering when they will be able to receive services and the impact that the wait time might have on their son or daughter. We are passionate about what we do and our compassion, not only in this company, but in this industry sometimes drives us to push further to provide services where needed.
