Pros

Free dog food. Canteen is a lovely environment with discounts on food and sometimes free food. Alot of lovely people work there

Cons

Oh this is where butternutbox is getting it wrong on so many levels. The atmosphere is volatile. I've never experienced a workplace like it. The job itself is very easy and straight forward. But they team leaders just add stress to it, making even the simplest task feel unachievable. They put so much pressure on you and will stand and stare while you try to get it done. They will not address bullying or discrimination. I feel like my mental health hit rock bottom due to their incompetence. No empathy and oh do they like to gossip. The cliques in there leave you so uncomfortable. And if a team leader doesn't like you then you know as they will tell lies about you and ignore you. I came home crying on so many occasions. My mistake was applying to work there. I have no self confidence anymore and it has broke me. The values sound good but the reality is, on the wall is where they stay, unless they use them against you. So disappointed as kev and Dave the owners are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. But who they have running the day to day operations are self entitled manipulative people. It's sad it didn't work out

Pros

I have to say this is the most rewarding workplace I’ve experienced. It is a truly mission-driven culture where our core values drive our daily decisions and product. The environment is incredibly agile and fast-paced, which means you are constantly learning. From a career development standpoint, everything is exceptionally clear and tailored to the individual. Whether you want to progress down an Individual Contributor pathway, or step into a People Management route or try a new challenge through internal mobility - there are clear frameworks and opportunities in place for everyone, On top of that, you get to work alongside some of the brightest, most ego-free, and collaborative people (and passionate animal lovers) in the industry! !!

Cons

My only flag is that the business moves so fast that keeping up with the rapid pace can sometimes feel intense. It requires lots of adaptability and resilience, but having such a supportive team makes it completely worth it.

Pros

If you want a career that is both intellectually stimulating and deeply meaningful, this is the place to be! Mission & values driven culture: It’s rare to find a company that actually lives its values every single day. The mission here isn't just a slogan on the wall; it’s the heartbeat of the business. There is a profound, shared commitment to making a positive, tangible impact on the environment, which makes the work incredibly rewarding. Incredible team & collaboration: You will be working alongside some of the brightest, most passionate, and genuinely supportive people. The culture is collaborative, ego-free, and highly motivating. Unmatched development opportunities: Leadership genuinely invests in your growth. Whether you are looking to sharpen your current skillset or take on new leadership challenges, the developmental pathways and mentorship here will fast-track your career.

Cons

The pace is fast and there is a high bar, which means it’s not a place where you can just coast. However, if you love a healthy challenge, you will thrive here.
