Understaffed, employees overloaded, limited communication among business units, siloed organization, in-fighting and internal strife, executive team does not reach out to staff - they show no interest in the people which is very sad and leads to the toxic culture. Some executive leaders are not qualified for their roles and leads to poor decisions and misdirection. Employees work in fear. Very unsettling.
