Fairly laid back environment. General customer base is friendly and considerate.

Cons

pays less than most fast food chains. !!! Store and regional Management seriously lacks leadership skills including but not limited to a professional manner, sexual harassment issues not being dealt with, and allowing minors to operate propane refills, forklift, etc.

Where to begin.... Management is terrible! You will NOT promote unless you like to brown nose HARD! The pay? A slap in the face. Raises? Ha! Good luck. Benefits? Laughable Don't speak up at all! That's a quick way to get fired. Very clicky upper management. All in who you know not what you know. Hostile work environment at times. Sexual harassment that goes no where. Affairs between employees, management and reps! Empty promises! They treat you like peasants if you're not in the "good ole boys club" This company is an absolute joke to work for. You can put your heart and soul into your work and they don't acknowledge or care. They are all about profit and they don't care how they get there. I would NOT ever recommend anyone to work here. It'll really tear you down mentally and physically. You are not valued at all
