Great people and great customers.

Cons

Wages need to be competitive with the surrounding businesses. They are 3 dollars below what you can make at Arbys. If it's not brought up there will continue to be a high rate of turnover, especially with high school kids which is sad because it's a great place to work, but could be made so much better.

Where to begin.... Management is terrible! You will NOT promote unless you like to brown nose HARD! The pay? A slap in the face. Raises? Ha! Good luck. Benefits? Laughable Don't speak up at all! That's a quick way to get fired. Very clicky upper management. All in who you know not what you know. Hostile work environment at times. Sexual harassment that goes no where. Affairs between employees, management and reps! Empty promises! They treat you like peasants if you're not in the "good ole boys club" This company is an absolute joke to work for. You can put your heart and soul into your work and they don't acknowledge or care. They are all about profit and they don't care how they get there. I would NOT ever recommend anyone to work here. It'll really tear you down mentally and physically. You are not valued at all
