It’s a fun work environment being in the support center. I worked on the second floor in e-commerce and it was fun.

Cons

Management is full of empty promises. They promise the world and didn’t once follow through. The company is very too heavy in terms of salary. Majority of people aren’t compensated properly and a LOT of the money goes to owner and CEO salary.

Where to begin.... Management is terrible! You will NOT promote unless you like to brown nose HARD! The pay? A slap in the face. Raises? Ha! Good luck. Benefits? Laughable Don't speak up at all! That's a quick way to get fired. Very clicky upper management. All in who you know not what you know. Hostile work environment at times. Sexual harassment that goes no where. Affairs between employees, management and reps! Empty promises! They treat you like peasants if you're not in the "good ole boys club" This company is an absolute joke to work for. You can put your heart and soul into your work and they don't acknowledge or care. They are all about profit and they don't care how they get there. I would NOT ever recommend anyone to work here. It'll really tear you down mentally and physically. You are not valued at all
