      -Growing Company -Internship Opportunities -Management does not micro-manage -Take home samples

      Cons

      -Pay is always on the lower end (has improved over past couple years, but still on the lower end). -As company has grown, less focus on employees and more focus on bottom line (has become more corporate feeling). -Upward movement is slow for some. Expect to be a purchasing assistant for 1-3 years, assistant buyer for anywhere from 3-6 years and then MAYBE they'll have a spot for you. A degree in business, marketing, supply chain, etc. will almost certainly not help you. Company puts emphasis on time spent with them at lower levels. If moving into Buyer position, you may be okay.

      Where to begin.... Management is terrible! You will NOT promote unless you like to brown nose HARD! The pay? A slap in the face. Raises? Ha! Good luck. Benefits? Laughable Don't speak up at all! That's a quick way to get fired. Very clicky upper management. All in who you know not what you know. Hostile work environment at times. Sexual harassment that goes no where. Affairs between employees, management and reps! Empty promises! They treat you like peasants if you're not in the "good ole boys club" This company is an absolute joke to work for. You can put your heart and soul into your work and they don't acknowledge or care. They are all about profit and they don't care how they get there. I would NOT ever recommend anyone to work here. It'll really tear you down mentally and physically. You are not valued at all
