Pay did not keep up with competitors

I genuinely enjoyed the work I was doing and appreciated the people I worked with. The team was knowledgeable, supportive, and made the day-to-day experience enjoyable. I gained valuable experience in customs brokerage, import compliance, and working with complex regulations. There were many opportunities to learn and build professional skills.

My experience became very challenging after organizational changes and changes in leadership. Communication, support, and trust from management became areas of concern. I felt there was a lack of guidance and recognition, which negatively impacted my confidence and overall experience. The way concerns were handled left me feeling undervalued despite my commitment and contributions.
