      Pros

      Atmosphere of the organization was excellent. Freedom given to employees was helping them to deliver complex solutions to their client using their flagship product

      Cons

      Strict timelines was at times impeding team to provide more generic, scalable solution which can eventually reduce its maintenance cost from futuristic perspective

      Pros

      I was always fully engaged and challenged. Very grateful to have had the opportunity to work with such talented people.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, the company left the Chicagoland area.

      Pros

      The peers I worked with were very nice and friendly. The owner of the company was very nice but clueless to how the CEO is running the company.

      Cons

      Women are treated unfairly and have no room for advancement with in the company. Managagement treats lower level employees poorly. There were no procedures or processes within the company, including, no Human Resources department.
