You're right - the resonsibilities as a Center Director go beyond education and include: (1) Marketing - Visiting schools and counselors, building our brand and image in the community (2) Enrolling - Meeting with new students and families, enrolling new students in our program and talking about the benefits of C2 (3) Conferences - Meeting with existing students and families, checking up to ensure we are meeting their goals, and adjusting their programs as needed, and (4) Magement: Managing the center and employees. As a Center Director, you are trusted to really treat the center as your own business.
