Educating our children and supporting our employees is at the heart of C2's mission and core values. We really appreciate all of our employees who have an incredible passion for learning, improving through knowledge and team work, and devotion to the student. The Big Apple Employee Awards Program is a great example of how C2 celebrates success - this year, over 20 apples were awarded to C2 employees their business achievements and ability to work as one team with one purpose. C2 provides fair and competitive compensation to our employees. The new leadership team will continue to review and make adjustments to our pay structures to support a culture of accountability and performance at all levels of the organization.
