Pros
I had some great co workers and supervisors. I felt like the general push was to be supportive and help workers grow.
Cons
There was a lot of demand for a part time job. It was expected of me to work 6 or 7 days a week and sadly because it was a part time position I need a second job which for me was substituting teaching and part of the reason I stuck with the substitute teaching was because the agency offered health benefits but I had to work a certain number of days a week to get them (and thanks to the folks in DC I am not required to have health benefits or face a fine). But it was very difficult when C2 was changing my schedule and location at the last minute (I was expected to work at 3 different centers as once again a part time employee). I eventually had to leave because I found a full time position somewhere else and the stress of working the two jobs and at several work locations was a bit much for my health.
