Thank you for your contribution at C2! Its great to hear that you enjoy working with our students. I encourage you to reach out to your Center Director and regaional leadership team regarding the stress and lack of communication you are experiencing. Through our Teacher Development Initiative, teachers have different ways to increase their pay, develop their skills, and become certified to teach new subjects. For teachers looking to branch out, we have many teachers who have transitioned to other positions, including becoming Center Directors, working in Curriculum, and becoming Teacher Trainers. We not only want to find great teachers to join C2, we want to develop you and the rest of our current teachers to become even better.
