The pay system (clocking in and clocking out) is limited therefore you work more hours than you actually get paid especially when you prep or if you have extra work that you need to do after the sessions. The type of students you get dictate can limit your success as a tutor, if you have multiple students that are weak fundamentally, it can get very difficult managing 3 students at a time. The pay is not the best; your starting salary is the best you can hope for.
