      Pros

      You are helping kids learn and for me that was rewarding.

      Cons

      Constant pressure to tutor well and make students happy. I was never paid when students cancelled even last minute notices. Long hours with no breaks 3:30 - 9:10 seriously no breaks?

      We love our tutors! They are the best in the industry which is why C2 was recognized as The National Tutoring Association's Program of the Year in 2016. I have heard similar feedback regarding our scheduling system and have put a team in place to source and invest in new tools to ensure our tutors are taken care of.
