Cons
Company's turnover rate is almost 50%. This speaks volumes on the type of company culture C2 Education is creating. With increasing pressure to drive revenue and churn out as many student enrollments as possible to exceed sales quota, poor leadership stemming from the top to the bottom, and a lack of professional development / mentorship, C2 Education has a lot of work to be done. It's quite clear that there's a strong disconnect from the Support Center with the field on how to further engage students and offer them the best tutoring program to reach their academic potential with each individual tutoring center. Furthermore, the chain of command coming from District Managers and Regional Directors is unclear and you're left with a feeling of little to no support in managing your center. C2 Education is moving toward a different direction of becoming more revenue-driven rather than focusing on cultivating a culture of life-long learners and helping students succeed.
