Pros

- the students are all really great! - work day starts at 1 so you have the whole morning to yourself. - the work itself isn't too hard, but there's just a lot you have to do and memorize.

Cons

- these people don't value education at all. they're all about the money. there's so much pressure to meet the budget in an area where no one lives. apparently, if the center meets the budget, the center directors get a 3% bonus or something? give that to the program lead and the teachers!! they're doing all the work! - you have to call 25% of your leads every day, so you're basically harassing the same people every 3 days or so to drop a lot of money up front. - we have to conduct meetings with parents every month and we should have one meeting a day. just because C2 has weird hours, doesn't mean everyone does. - my center director was an overly-sensitive incompetent witch who was terrible at communication, apparently never at fault, and nitpicked over the smallest detail. one time, she actually yelled at a parent. are you serious?? if you have a crappy center director, you are going to have a terrible time and should just quit while you're ahead. i'm surprised they haven't fired that demon. - you end work at 9:30 at night, since your day starts at 1. almost always, you'll end up leaving after 9:30 because the parents don't pick up their kids on time. - 30 minute lunch - you have to work every saturday. tutors work 6 days a week. - terrible pay, even though you're basically running the place - they're so anal about overtime i wish i knew all of this before i applied for the job. run away while you still can!
