Pros

Students are a joy to work with, and creating long-lasting relationships with families and teachers is rewarding.

Cons

Experience varies tremendously on the Center Director. Upper management does not listen to employee concerns, and instead, creates more ways for them to be exploited and be held responsible for poor outcomes. HR plays favorites - at least in the Northwest - making it difficult to negotiate remedies to internal issues. Most of the time, won’t even call/email back. Compensation is low for work done. Annual performance reviews are a joke. Strict on reporting correct time, but employees get in trouble for clocking overtime.
