Do not recommend - Teacher C2 Education Employee Review

The manager I had would stack all classes onto one or two teachers, while giving other teachers no classes or classes only sparingly. By stacking all classes onto only a few teachers, they make more money since they pay less people per student. Mangers leave out of nowhere and there is no explanation as to why they leave. When a teacher sends a complaint or raises a concern by e-mail to the main e-mail list - somehow it disappears. It seems that the manager will sometimes delete e-mails so as to leave no paper trace of issues that are presented by teachers. Teachers are not adequately trained and basically have students go through a test-prep book. Parents end up paying more than they should and teachers are left in a moral quandary - they want to get paid, but some feel guilty for taking parents' money for providing little by way of a legitimate service.
