- salary: an absolutely horrible salary in my opinion - hours: during the school year, centers typically operate mid afternoon to evening. - tedious and boring work: paperwork, answering phone calls, etc. - the clueless headquarters: much of the paperwork expected from the centers are redundant. These can be streamlined and prevent useless hours wasted completing these unnecessary paperwork - no proper training for new tutors and other employees - often times, tutors do not know their schedule until the day/night before.
