Pros
Pay is not bad for the work I did, and my colleagues and supervisor were all great. Working with kids could be a good time depending on one's people skills. The experience really depends on how well the center director does, and luckily mine was amazing.
Cons
Can get dull sometimes, and occasionally have to deal with difficult parents or absent kids.
