I am so proud of our teachers who have a passion for learning, and the vision that every student is different but can break past their limits with proper guidance and support. We consistently review and make adjustments to our pay structures to support a culture of accountability and performance at all levels of the organization. Center Directors strive to provide consistent teaching hours - however, teaching hours are based on the needs of our students. The more subjects a teacher is willing and able to teach the more hours he or she will like be scheduled for each week. In the event of last minute cancellations, please know that we have a policy to ensure that our teachers are fairly compensated.
