At C2, we are committed to providing fair and competitive compensation to our employees. We consistently review and make adjustments to our pay structures to support a culture of accountability and performance at all levels of the organization. Currently, we don’t provide holiday pay for part-time employees. We do pay full-time employees for holidays (7 per year plus an additional 2 floating days are provided as well).
