We agree that our caring and knowledgeable staff and organized teaching environments are among the best! C2's philosophy is to focus on the individual needs of each student. The 3:1 student to teacher ratio ensures that the teacher provides tailored and interactive instruction while providing an environment in which no student is ever being given a cookie-cutter lecture. We aim to schedule student sessions based on the availability of each teacher along with the subjects they teach as best as possible. Ultimately, we depend on the schedules of our students and while we work to be as consistent as possible, our students’ needs come first. We just rolled out a brand new Teacher Development Initiative that provides teachers with different ways for them to increase their pay while also providing them with opportunities to grow and develop with C2.
