Terrible Workplace, Terrible Greedy Company - Teacher C2 Education Employee Review

Terrible pay (in comparison to hourly rates from other tutoring companies) High turnaround, you probably won’t see the same colleagues after a few months No raise/career advancement No benefits, they want you to be an independent contractor so they don’t have to pay for medical/dental benefits Terrible fluctuating hours; at most this is a part time job to pay a couple of bills Manager at center will take you off the roster last minute, won’t even apologize Greedy amoral company, expects you to reach 3 kids at once to cut corners and save costs! No other tutoring company does this!
