Pros
Great working with the students. Material is fairly easy to master. A good center can provide you with fairly regular hours.
Cons
No incentives, bonuses, or benefits for teachers. Base pay is low with no plan for growth and development. No choice of which students you will be working with and a class can have a mix of grade levels and abilities which sometimes can be challenging.
