      Supportive Field Ops team; Provides some autonomy within your center; You have control of who is part of your direct team; Training and support staff from Corporate is very responsive and understanding

      Cons

      Monthly/Quarterly Budgets set by AI/upper management without conference from Center Directors; C-Suite is very open about getting profit margins up to sell the company to a private equity company
