Pros
The students were a treat to work with. i was lucky to meet some amazing kids that I still miss seeing. The hours were also great for awhile.
Cons
Management is inconsistent. You go through two weeks of training and then get to a center where the directors are totally unaware of what you've been taught -- and don't care to find out. New employees are expected to prep for their sessions (this is what is taught in training) yet directors refuse to pay for the extra time. Many C2 employees work for free during prep time. No one at C2 seems to care that this is basically illegal. Also, decisions may be random regarding hours. You may go for months with a set number of hours a week and then suddenly have none due to drop off in students or because of a change in directors. Also, front desk employees (including directors) may speak a different language (Korean -- all front desk employees I met in three centers were Korean) in front of teachers who don't understand, creating an atmosphere of uncertainty. The also put profit ahead of student safety and health, ignoring disturbing behavior out of fear of losing business.
