Pros
The job is quite easy and the kids are generally very well behaved. You also have access to a pretty good array of resources to work with. The schedule is pretty flexible overall. Ultimately, it's decent experience in a not-too-demanding position.
Cons
The biggest con is the lack of consistency in hours. It's very clear that this job is geared toward part-time. You will have a difficult time making even 30 hours a week. The second biggest downside is the lack of supervision. The center director is a salesperson first and foremost, any managerial duties come second. You might not even see the director for months at a time since they are in meetings with parents all day. While the freedom is nice, it also means no feedback. You will have no idea if you're doing something wrong or otherwise should take a different approach to certain students. In a similar way, its quite an antisocial job. Teachers have at most maybe 5 minutes to talk with each other between sessions.
