      Good PTO (“unlimited” up to 8 weeks- but use it or lose it)

      Cons

      Toxic leadership culture. Lots of unchecked egos and power trips. Good luck getting HR to back you up, they’re next to nonexistent. Rampant office politics. Lots of outspoken political opinions and military worship.
