Pros
Training was in depth and very informative. This job is great for individuals that like working independently and traveling to different locations. Work from home depending on area of assignment. Good area managers who are constantly communicating with area teams.
Cons
The job requires you to reach out to individuals so as to set up interviews, and if these individuals do not contact you back or refuse to interview management blames it on you. You will be staring at a computer screen for many hours writing reports. While I was there all of the standard protocol was changing and thus every department was at different steps of this process and it caused a lot of miscommunication and work place stress. Not a great place to be personally because separating work stress from home stress was near impossible.
