Don't see any pros, only thing we see lot of big big postures sayings from Mother Theresa, Tesla, Ford, and all good characters. One of the best thing that caught my attention is: Honesty and transparency make you vulnerable. Be honest and transparent anyway. -- MOTHER TERESA

Have been Honest and Very transparent. Being this is a problem in this office, had a tough time with Scrum Master. Basically the whole team is not perfect, particularly the Scrum Master, being as a talk from mind guy, I got laid off just Friday.
