      Smart, dedicated coworkers, holdovers from pre-acquisition. Compelling mission, interesting technology. Excellent work-life balance and above average. compensation.

      Cons

      Directionless management is more interested in internal turf wars than delivering value to our customers. No long-term vision and a reluctance to address this. Constant attrition of the better employees.

      Pros

      The "unlimited" FTO is the leader of the pros. Then the leadership has been mostly great and accommodating in allowing you to take time off. There are also plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. There is also the work. Its is very interesting work for specific customers and seeing your part get implemented into a larger project has been rewarding. The team is also great. Everyone is friendly and genuinely cares.

      Cons

      The big Con like many project oriented Gov contractors is that "everything" becomes priority and it can be difficult to stay on track as well as not get in the way of other teams.
