Pros

Excellent PTO but all holidays are included with the PTO Flexible Work schedules and Working from Home policies

Cons

Advancement only possible if you have a 'Favored' mentor NO, again NO real HR department, all handled via email and NO Face to Face communications, in turn harassment occurs on a daily basis without any recourse other than quiting. Expensive benefits, > 140% increase from previous year Unless at the headquarters (Virginia) the site is treated as a thorn Reviews useless, Once a year where your input is not really used.

Pros

This location is great. The people are thoughtful and considerate and they respect your off time. The work is interesting and can be challenging, but in a manageable way. Teammates are always respectful and willing to help out.

Cons

A clearance is required which can take a long time to find out if you passed or not. The IT at the larger organization can be slow as well as aspects of HR.
