Pros
Fun people to work with!
Cons
Everything else. Management is 100% from seniority rather than ability. It is never a good sign when the "Team Lead" doesn't know anyone's name, doesn't enjoy teaching, and stays in her office with the door closed until she leaves instead of on the floor where literally her entire team is. The project work is in complete disorganization and disarray. Training was all over the place. It wasn't uncommon to see 40 - 50 HOURS of work completely undone since they couldn't decide on a method soon enough. They give you a set amount of time for a project that is apparently arbitrary as no one in management could simply answer what and who determines the seemingly random hours designated to any given project. Which is pretty important since they tell you your worth as an employee is directly evaluated by these nonsense numbers and your ability to meet them.
