      Pros

      Great technology, market leading, Primarily Government Clients. On the whole most staff want to do a good job and do.

      Cons

      No quality control of hiring staff. No training provided, its a sink or swim culture. Teams repeatedly make the same mistakes which can be frustrating.

      Pros

      The "unlimited" FTO is the leader of the pros. Then the leadership has been mostly great and accommodating in allowing you to take time off. There are also plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. There is also the work. Its is very interesting work for specific customers and seeing your part get implemented into a larger project has been rewarding. The team is also great. Everyone is friendly and genuinely cares.

      Cons

      The big Con like many project oriented Gov contractors is that "everything" becomes priority and it can be difficult to stay on track as well as not get in the way of other teams.
