Cons
Completely obsessed with Time and Attendance floor checks. Time requirements make no sense ie it's illegal to input time early and most of the time period you will get reprimanded for inputting time early. Except at the end of the pay period when you must submit your timecard 2 business days before the end of the period meaning per company policy you have to violate contracting law. Additionally, and along the same vein if you go on vacation you must input your vacation each day because you can't input any time early and if you miss a floor check you will get a call from your manager screaming at you. Quite an enjoyable experience to get yelled at for not thinking about work on my honeymoon. This time obsession is simply because if they get x% of people compliant everyday the managers get a bonus per the contract.
