Pros
CACI will sponsor for clearances. Great work/life balance. The right boss is a great boss. Lots of collaboration. Solid benefits package.
Cons
The most apparent issue one would likely notice from early on is the lack of direction. Everyone is too busy. Severely underbid contracts have caused large amounts of work needing to be completed by borderline skeleton crews across the board. There's very little accountability for the majority of unmotivated employees. Reporting of such issues accomplishes nothing. Work from home is highly abused, and, in every case I've seen, only for those that were in the right place at the right time. Due largely to the underbid contracts, opportunity to grow is practically discouraged. If you are rewarded with more interesting work, you're often still indefinitely responsible for what you were doing before. Raises are cost of living, so get in at more than you want. If you want to be noticed, be sure you work in line of sight of your management. They're often far too overwhelmed to pay any real attention to accomplishments or effort. Add-in, the majority of management is entirely disconnected from the day to day unless something's on fire. I will say as well that I've felt pretty punished upon leaving for several reason.
