      Good pay and benefits. some of the best people in the industry

      Cons

      Upper PMO management is awful and disconnected from their employees. Some are just bad apples. As part of the management team it blows my mind on how much they under bid contracts and act surprised when they don't have money to actually do the work.

      Pros

      If you only need to work a few month a year, this is a perfect position for people semi-retired.

      Cons

      1. Low pay comparing to similar position. No benefits, no holidays, no vacation. Again, a part time job, just higher hourly rate than your grocery cashiers. 2. 100% travel, once stop travelling, check stop coming in. 3. Dead end, zero upwards potential.
