Decent pay for what you do.

Cons

Schedule is very rigid and monitored at all times. You can’t use the restroom unless you’re on break otherwise it’s considered “personal time” which is something you can be marked down for on your performance.

Pros

The "unlimited" FTO is the leader of the pros. Then the leadership has been mostly great and accommodating in allowing you to take time off. There are also plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. There is also the work. Its is very interesting work for specific customers and seeing your part get implemented into a larger project has been rewarding. The team is also great. Everyone is friendly and genuinely cares.

Cons

The big Con like many project oriented Gov contractors is that "everything" becomes priority and it can be difficult to stay on track as well as not get in the way of other teams.
